Return & Pickup Policy

All sales are final on shipped orders.

If you are local, you can utilize our in-store return policy for online purchases which is for store credit within 7 days of picking up your order. If you did not pickup your order in a timely manner and much time has passed from the original order date, there is a chance we may not be able to process a return at all.

For orders that are not picked up in a timely manner, items will go back out on the sales floor and you will forfeit your purchase or chance for return. We have set the pickup time frame to 60 days which is well above the policy at most stores. We have been very lenient and have had orders waiting for pick for several months in some cases and we cannot continue to store online orders for a long period of time. You are welcome to send a friend or family for pickup as well.

For your convenience we are open Tues-Sat 10am to 6pm and Sun+Mon from 10am to 5pm.

We are happy to address any major issues you may have and try to come up with a solution if you are out of the area.
